White Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone! This year was actually my first ever white Christmas and it was pretty cool. The forecast was for rain/ice but we ended up getting 4/5 inches of unexpected snow. The weather forecasts are not very accurate here and the city was certainly unprepared but it was great to see snow on Christmas day for the first time in my life. I hope you like the photos!

How was your Christmas?

It was quite a whiteout on Christmas morning!

  1. Love the ducklings! We had snow for 12 days the week before Christmas, 6” of it, it was beautiful to look at but treacherous to go out in. We haven’t had proper snow for years either. Then this morning, we opened the curtains to another light fall of snow when the smallest grandchildren were here and there was much (‘over)excitement 😄

      1. Wow -17?! It was -8 here and I really struggled with the cold. We are currently experiencing Storm Dylan, very windy. Huddled around the woodburner 😊 All the best for the New Year!
